As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support management and business functions by providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and helping improve business performance. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance colleagues and contribute to planning, forecasting, business analysis and performance management activities. While the role offers broad exposure across the organization, responsibilities are clearly defined and focused on commercial and business performance support.

Your main responsibilities (40 hours):

• Commercial Performance Analysis
  • Analyze sales, margin, pricing and customer profitability performance. Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for management and commercial teams.
• Forecasting & Planning
  • Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term planning processes. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
• Business Partnering
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations and other business functions to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Automation
  • Drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, automation and finance tools to increase efficiency and strengthen decision support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Business Analysis or Commercial Finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and affinity with data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience within an international manufacturing environment is a plus.
