The HR team in the Netherlands, a small yet dynamic group of experts, consists of 4 team members who all have different roles within the HR team: Vice President HR, HR Analyst, HR Business Partner and HR Officer. This team, located at the Ampleon headquarters in Nijmegen (NL) is responsible for both global HR processes, and local HR administration for employees in the Netherlands specifically, as well as some overarching global projects in collaboration with other teams and locations. Moreover, as Ampleon operates globally, we also have several HR colleagues located in The Philippines, China, and France.
As an HR Operations Support, you will proactively assist our HR Business Partner (and the whole team) in handling various operational tasks related to HR administration, reporting, and documentation. You’ll work closely with the team to help maintain HR processes, prepare reports, assist in managing contracts, and handle different tasks that arise in support of HR and business operations. This is an ideal position for someone seeking a flexible work schedule, who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and is very familiar with HR daily operations tasks.
In this role, you will:
- Support in the preparation of employee contracts, amendments, and other official HR documentation
- Contribute to deep dives on various HR topics as needed (research, documentation, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and documentation (salary comparisons, performance reports, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
- Writing text for Manager-Newsletters
- Handle ad-hoc operational requests and support HR Business Partners in day-to-day activities
- A position in an international environment with over 35 nationalities working in cross-functional teams across 16 sites

We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:
- Thinking level: HBO
- Experience in HR (and/or administrative) positions, or a degree in HR or a related field
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Able to work independently on specific projects and tasks, but also demonstrate team player attitude
- Reliable, flexible, culturally sensitive and able to maintain confidentiality
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tool
