The Financial Shared Service (FSSC-Finance) team of Ampleon is based in Cabuyao, Philippines. You will be part of the Philippines-based Finance team, where financial operations, reporting, and process excellence come together to support global business activities. The team is composed of experienced, engaged, and passionate professionals committed to delivering high-quality financial services. This position reports to the Senior Specialist, FSSC & GMDM, Finance.
You will be the Specialist, Accounts Receivable, who will be part of the Financial Shared Service (FSSC-Finance) team:
- Manage the full cycle of customer billing, payment processing and collections to ensure timely cash flow
- Resolving billing discrepancies
- Communicating with internal teams and customers
- Assisting with month-end closing and reporting while adhering to internal controls and accounting standards
- A position in an international environment with over 35 nationalities working in cross-functional teams across 16 sites

We are looking for someone who has the following background and capabilities:
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent
- Must have at least three (3) years relevant experience in related field
- Proficient in SAP, particularly in the FI module, SD module and MS Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication for internal and customer interactions
